All refunds will be directed through the refund request form HERE on the CSA webpage at www.clarksburgsportsassociation.org. A $15 Administrative fee will be imposed on ALL refunds.
For camps and clinics, a full refund (minus administrative costs) will be issued for refund requests received prior to the start of the camp or clinic. No refunds will be issued after the start date of a camp or clinic.
For sporting events/seasons, a full refund (minus administrative costs) will be issued for refund requests received prior to the start an event/season (i.e. first day of practice).
For sporting events/seasons, a 50% refund will be issued for refund requests (minus administrative costs) received prior to the 1-week anniversary start date of the event/season (i.e. first day of practice).
For sporting events/seasons, no refunds will be issued on or after the 1-week anniversary of the event/season start (i.e. first day of practice).
(*) Refunds (full or partial) are not provided for cancelled games or sessions due to weather related or unforeseen circumstances beyond CSA’s control. Good faith efforts will be made to reschedule as many cancelled games or sessions as possible during the current sport season.
(**) Events or programs that CSA participates in but does not control (competitions, other leagues such as Montgomery County Rec, tournaments, etc.) will be refunded minus any administrative costs and/or direct costs incurred by CSA as a result of the cancellation.
(***) Events or programs sponsored by CSA and are cancelled by CSA will be refunded 100% (minus administrative costs).
(****) Refunds will only be given once CSA has determined that all CSA-owned equipment issued to a participant (if applicable) is back in the possession of a CSA official.
