The CSA Operations Team (OT) is responsible for conducting the affairs of the Corporation according to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws and for accomplishing the vision and mission established by the Board of Directors. The CSA Operations Team collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to develop and otherwise implement the various programs, policies and procedures of the organization. The CSA Operations Team has responsibility for the successful implementation of programs and day-to-day operations for the Association. The guiding concern of the Operations Team is the growth and development of youth who participate in the various athletic programs.

Treasurer - Paula Vianna
Paula earned her B.S. in Accounting from University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, College Park, MD. and is currently working towards her CPA certification with anticipated completion in January 2018.
Paula is currently employed full time as a Staff Accountant with The Trust Companies, Rockville, MD. In this role she manages all components of the company’s lockbox, bank reconciliations and bank deposits keeping detailed financial records and preparing accounting reports, acting as liaison for government affairs and managing staff. Prior to The Trust Companies she held Staff Accountant roles at Jordan Tempchin & Associates and Bookkeeper for Filderman Forward LLC. Both of these positions required solid accounting knowledge and experience for responsibilities such as bank reconciliations, preparation of financial reports and annual budgets, and all mechanisms of tax preparations.
Paula lives with her daughter in the Clarksburg area.

Eligibility: New Officer candidates may be nominated by any current CSA Officer or CSA member. Information required at this time includes a brief bio, role desired, email address and phone number.
For position consideration a face to face interview with the candidate will be conducted between CSA representatives and the candidate prior to the board review meeting. The interview process must be completed and the respective evaluations submitted to the board for the nomination to be considered.
