Background Check Background screening is a pro-active approach to ensure that CSA maintains a safe environment for all participants. A comprehensive background check is part of that screening process and must be conducted on every potential coach or volunteer that is working with our youth. The process is now 100% online and includes a Child Safety training course. There is no cost to the applicant.
